Nearly 500 newspapers appear or disappear in effect at the speed of an eyelash, which explains why their creation almost always goes unnoticed. Whether Capital Info exception, it is because his coming into the world was announced by Cabral Libii, leader of the Cameroonian Party for National Reconciliation (PCRN) and Member of the National Assembly.

The opponent is however not officially associated to this editorial project. And although a section was reserved for him in the first issue, his name does not appear on the list of founders. However, it has not escaped anyone that the director of the publication is none other than Anne-Féconde Biloa, the spokesperson for her party, and that other members of her inner circle also appear in the bear of the newspaper, starting with Axel Ebe, the director of the writing.
