“Justice is in the process of repairing a mistake”, rejoices a leader of Ynna Holding. After a legal marathon of more than ten years, the Moroccan Court of Cassation a rendered a judgment in favor of the group belonging to the Chaâbi family, in the dispute between it and the French Fives FCB.
The case dates back to 2007 when Ynna Holding, through its subsidiary Ynna Asment, entrusted the engineering group, as well as its local subsidiary Maroc CPC, with the construction of a cement plant in the Settat region, for an amount of some 164 million euros. Both parties designate Swiss law as competent in the event of litigation.
