On September 12, Synergie centrafricaine filed a complaint in Bangui before the public prosecutor at the Court of Auditors against Henri-Marie Dondra. According to the document in possession of Young Africathe association headed by Euloge Doctrouvé Koï accuses the former Prime Minister of having concealed – when he was still only Minister of Finance – embezzlement in the management of public funds, between 2016 and 2021.

She also claims that Henri-Marie Dondra concealed violations of the principles of publicity and in competition in public contracts, in particular concerning the construction of the Tax Office or an annex of the Ministry of Finance. Euloge Doctrouvé Koï, who was summoned to clarify his accusations, asked the Court of Auditors to “monitor the proper and transparent use of the resources recorded in the state budget”.
