Representatives of the Catholic Church in Kinshasa accuse a brother of President Félix Tshisekedi’s wife of having despoiled one of his concessions hosting an important seminary. “We have had the title” since colonial times to this concession of about 9 hectares but “in 2019, a group of people arrived here and claimed that part of the concession their belongs.
